ERP Business Solutions Consultant

We are looking for skilled and motivated ERP Consultants to join our dynamic team. As an ERP Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, customizing, and supporting Acumatica ERP systems, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Acumatica ERP sites and related third-party products.
• Perform project implementation, installations, and upgrades.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare comprehensive training guides.
• Scope business processes and draft Business Requirement Specifications documents.
• Provide on-site, remote, and help-desk support.
• Customize reports and forms to meet client specifications.
• Evaluate customers' needs and requirements to tailor software solutions.
• Conduct business analysis to optimize ERP functionalities.
• Achieve and maintain all necessary Acumatica certifications.
• Continuously refresh training badges to stay updated with the latest Acumatica features.
• Communicate effectively with the team, Project Manager, and Director.
• Update timesheets, support cases, and perform other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance (BCom Finance/IS degree), Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
• Proven experience with SQL and ERP financial systems.
• Experience with business analysis processes and software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Certified Consultant in Acumatica or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of financial and business operational workflows.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
