The data analyst will play an important role in crafting data-driven digital experiences. The role demands a blend of analytical acumen and an understanding of how data influences design and user engagement. The ideal candidate will excel at interpreting complex data sets to deliver insights that shape intuitive, high-performance websites and applications. You will be tasked with dissecting user interactions, discerning the subtle patterns that inform behavior, and narrating the story that the data tells. You will ensure the integrity and precision of our data collection, working alongside developers and designers to embed analytics into our digital projects. In this role collaboration is key; you will translate data findings into actionable strategies for a diverse range of stakeholders.

WHAT WE DO

We work on client projects ranging from start-ups with VC funding, to medium and enterprise web and mobile projects, where we help clients conceptualize and fulfil their digital transformation journey. We work across development languages and technologies, with a strong Microsoft .NET backbone. We primarily deliver projects within web content management, using platforms like Umbraco, EPiServer, and WordPress/WooCommerce, as well as creating cutting-edge custom and native mobile applications. And yes, we will train you in anything you do not know.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

  1. Design and manage robust analytics frameworks across a variety of digital platforms to capture relevant user data.
  2. Formulate and enforce best practices for data tagging and tracking across iOS, Android and Web Applications
  3. Engage with the development team to integrate analytics solutions and troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation.
  4. Perform data validation and quality assurance exercises to ensure accuracy and consistency of analytics data.
  5. Analyse web traffic and user engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Utilize a suite of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Amplitude, Mixpanel), to derive insights that inform design and UX strategy.
  7. Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to stakeholders, offering evidence-based recommendations for optimization.
  8. Pull data from key tools and surface in graphs and charts for presentations. Understand which charts to use for more complex purposes and use cases.
  9. Recommends alternative ways to present data that makes it easier to understand and interpret.
  10. Analyse and evaluate data and report on results. Understands whether data trends are negative/positive against clients’ key business goals and defined KPI matrix. Interpret more complex interactions and customer journeys spanning multiple channels online/offline.
  11. Act as a conduit between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex data concepts into clear, actionable business insight.
