  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure
  • Facilitating pre-sales activities from initial client meetings through to proposal
    submission and pitch presentation
  • Build a pipeline of leads using a range of tactics and nurture leads into opportunities
  • Align with marketing strategies to drive lead generation
  • Converse with clients on email, calls, and LinkedIn and drive conversation to uncover if there is viable opportunity.
  • Use creative strategies to finding possible leads through networking at key events, social channels, telephone and face to face.
  • Ideate and collaborate with the business leaders and marketing to see how we can best leverage events and other activities to drive qualified leads.
  • Ensure all relevant information is managed through the company CRM system
  • Create new proposals to a high standard to respond to client requirements or RFPs,
  • Identify which tools/databases we need to grow our business.
  • Attend events including participation in panel discussions and speaking opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales forecast and weekly activity reports, ensuring you are managing your sales targets.
  • Keep up to date latest technology trends across software development, web, mobile, digital marketing, UX/UI and cloud.
  • Manage client expectations and be accountable for meeting all aspects of sales targets associated with new business development function
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal teams who support you in pre-sales


  • A degree or similar tertiary qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in solution selling
  • Outstanding communication skills supported by fluent written and spoken English
  • A successful track record in lead generation and solution selling
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales
  • Confident, presentable and personable with a consultative approach to selling
  • Must have strong technical and business acumen to engage in solution discussions, ability to talk confidentially around managed services, custom application development, cloud technologies.
  • Understand business challenges and how technology solutions can solve these
  • Ability to show that you can comfortably interact at C-suite level
