We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Paid Social Manager to join our dynamic Growth team at Bluegrass Digital, reporting directly to our Head of Growth. In this pivotal role within our client's digital marketing strategy, you will lead the management of paid social campaigns, driving optimal performance and delivering measurable results across our diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, focusing on Meta and Google.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics closely and implement strategic adjustments to maximize ROI.

Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Growth and cross-functional teams to develop robust paid media strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in paid media, proposing innovative strategies for enhanced campaign effectiveness.

Ad Creative and Copywriting:

  • Partner closely with design teams, user-generated content producers, and external agencies to craft compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.

Budget Management:

  • Efficiently manage advertising budgets to ensure optimal allocation and performance.
  • Provide regular budget updates and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to generate insightful reports on campaign performance, offering actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Present findings and results to clients in a clear, understandable manner.

Preferred Qualities & Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Familiarity with TikTok and Pinterest campaigns or international media management is advantageous.
  • Understanding of landing page impact and website conversion behavior.
  • Interest in consumer goods sectors such as luxury, food & beverage, and health & wellness.
  • Strong ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and refine strategies.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating marketing performance clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proven inclination towards experimentation and continuous improvement.
