Responsibilities:

Guide and participate in technical analysis and the design of new features.
Write elegant, robust production code for both client and server-side components of single-page web applications.
Develop and implement unit, integration, and acceptance tests for application components.
Mentor and upskill peers through proactive people development initiatives.
Improve and optimize the performance of existing systems.
Troubleshoot and debug root-cause errors and production outages.
Promote a culture of timely, high-quality delivery within a people-centric and quality-first environment.

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in a full development lifecycle environment, including strong engineering practices, adherence to coding standards, participation in code reviews, and source control management.
Minimum 5 years of practical software development experience.
Proficiency in our frontend tech stack or similar technologies:
Client-side: React, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3
Server-side: Node, Express & TypeScript

Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science (preferred), Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
